How many offices do you currently have and what are their sq footages? Are there local teams who manage these? Is there anything about your current space & workplace that serves the business well and if so, why? Is there anything that is a specific problem in your current workplace? How have you already tried to fix these issues?
Tell us about your teams and company. Who are they? What activities do they do as teams, or bring into the workplace? What’s the age range in your workplace? Does it skew to be mostly young professionals? Where do they hang out? What are their interests? Are they currently happy with their spaces? Do they have the tools they need to accomplish their goals?
How do you want your team to feel when they interact with your workplace? Safe and secure, excited, exclusive and cool, like they belong? Do your competitors have amazing spaces?
